No. Sometimes doing what you hate is the price you need to pay to do what you love.

Thank you, fourmorebeers, for at least saying you were generalizing before you did it...(I notice that all the negative generalizations are always pointed towards the Christians, however)
You think WE have more at stake if we're wrong? Oh my goodness! We have absolutely NOTHING to lose if you should be right and we are found lacking! That is downright SILLY!
EDIT:
FOURMOREBEERS
The very fact that I HAVE a belief in the Only One who has ever made the claim to be God manifested in the flesh, then died for the sins of the world, rose from the dead, ascended into heaven and is STILL transforming lives today makes my claim more credible than a zero claim in nothingness that changes NO ONE and never will. When I die if I'm wrong, (which I KNOW I'm not), but let's say I am, than when I die, SO WHAT, I'll have believed in someone I THOUGHT was real...but if I'm right (and I am), you will have REFUSED the ONLY real God that could have saved your soul. YOU, my friend, are the one with everything to lose by not believing...and NO..not everything is pascal's wager..sometimes it's just called common sense and good judgment.

I think that you have made a good point. But, we will always wrestle with our flesh and it's desires. And our hearts can deceive us. But you have given something to think about and keep in mind. It makes sense....if I hate lying, then tell a lie, I have done what I hate.
Something to keep in mind is that sometimes what we DO is not necessarily WHO we ARE.
My son got pressured into stealing candy from a store with his friends from school......he felt so bad and was so hard on himself about it. He accepted his punishment but was still so ashamed, as he should be, but, I told him that if he repented and was sorry, we would put it behind us and bury it. I told him that was something that he DID, it wasn't WHO he WAS.

Romans 7:15
I do not understand my own actions. For I do not do what I want, but I do the very thing I hate.
-I believe we are weak to the flesh as the Bible says- "The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak"

I hate eating liver. Does this mean I become a liver if I do eat it? Wow.

We atheists, generalising heavily here, don't really go in for hate much, its more a believers thing .... we don't have as much at stake.
Edit:
Lookn2.... we really don't have as much at stake, we don't believe in it, its all nonsense, its as if you feared the sea-moster god of a Fijian tribe, it would be silly. I can live my life without a fear of hell hanging over me or a reward in heaven if I do the right things. I am blissfully carefree, I do NOT have as much at stake as you do, in that we both have nothing at stake but you believe that you do.

We're all sinners, but that doesn't mean we all become sin. We can be forgiven, and be cleansed by Jesus Christ.

Nope. I have Jesus Christ. He is my Savior and Lord. When I sin (which is often), He is there to forgive me and love on me. I have a beautiful relationship with Him. He is so good.
