It's called statutory rape....punishment would be jail. Laws vary from state to state but most state laws the legal age for consent is between 16-18 years old.

In many states they can go to prison. It depends on the state and the age of consent. No 15 year old should be having sex...and certainly not with a 21 year old.

Depending on your state, it is called statutory rape. A person over age 18 cannot have sex with a minor (someone under 18). If you are a parent of a 15 year-old who is having sex with someone over 18, you can press charges against them for statutory rape of your daughter.

Yes there is a punishment...its called jail. Of course that is nothing compared to what I would do to the person that was having sex with my child!!

Unless it's rape; wouldn't it be better than another 15yr old, that would probable get her pregnant, because of being inexperienced and for that matter a 21yr old has nothing on a 35 yr old. I'm just saying is all.

If you lived in Bibilical times, it would be OK but now...jail time community service, warnings settlements, etc.
