i have been using the same weight do you suggest increasing the weight and reps i do. please help as am new and dont no what i am doing wrong. cheers.

Are you doing cardio? You need to do cardio too to help boost your metabolism. If when you're using your dumbbells and you don't feel it burning, you need to step it up a notch. More reps or higher weight. Good luck... it takes time to build muscle. Diet also plays a key role in it too.

Well # 1. You said you just started. Don't expect to see results very fast. It takes time. Keep doing reps with the same weight and as you get stronger, use more weight.

Make sure youre doing at least three sets of 8-15 reps each. Your muscles should burn when you finish the last set and it should be difficult to finish the last set. If that's not the case, you need more weight. Fewer reps mean bulkier muscle, more reps means leaner muscle. It should still burn at the end (NOT hurt, burn).

firstly if you want to see a total body transformation who have to change everything decrease ure calories per day and increase ure protein if ure a vegitarian try some tofu...then add on more weights and do more reps for a longer period of time however do not exhaust yourself

increase your weight that you lift. do 3 sets of 10 reps. If you do it too much it wont do any good.
