Yes, I have.
I have used Expedia, Orbitz, Travelocity, Hotelclub.com and Asiarooms.com. Never had a problem, always had my reservation and they send you a confirmation email. They only "problem" you may encounter is when you change or cancel your reservation. They maybe a little slow in getting you a credit. Slow being a day or more.
Using them are easy. Check www.kayak.com which is a search engine of the best prices, for airlines, hotel, rental cars, or packages.
