It could be when you weigh at the Dr's you weight fully dressed hut there would not be that much of a weight difference. Have you had you scale calibrated to make sure it is weighing accurately. I would say the Dr.s scale is closer to being accurate

OK- Try this. Get a 10 pound bag of sugar or flour and weigh it on your scale. If it says 10 pound, then go by that scale. If it is off you need a new scale and you should believe the one at the doctors office.

I have always been told to use weight on the one that you will use the most or repetively. I went to the dr. the other day as well and saw my weight on their scale. It was about 37 lbs more than I wanted it to say, so I decided I was going to buy a scale. When I went to buy one, I obviously tried them all out. One of them said I was 20 lbs less than the other one. Of course if I want to feel good about myself I'd buy that one right? Well, I didn't, mostly because the others I tried were closer to the weight of the dr. office scale. So, I would have to assume they may be caliberated more similarly to the dr. scale. If you can't weigh yourself routinely on the scale at the dr. office, it should not be the focus of your diet plan. You have to have something that you can refer back to on a regular basis for validation. Good luck!

The one at the hospital is most likely the accurate one. Go over to one of your friend's house and step on their scale. Then you'll know which one was right. Sounds like it's time for a new scale though.
