There's this boy who we have 2 classes in a row together and we just walk for 4 minutes not saying anything. It's driving me crazy because I want to talk to him but nothing comes out when I try to talk. He's blonde, blue eyes, not popular but not a geek, athletic, good personality, nice smile and smart. Any help is great

ask him questions about him, ask about music, sports the common stuff and once you get him going just run with it. Akward silence is usually due to people talking about themselves too much.

Talk about the class you just had. Ask him if he understood the homework. Ask him what he's doing after school. If he has a job ask him about that. Be inquisitive

just be honest , " this part is hard ," he says what is hard you say " breaking the ice , ive always wanted to get to know you better " he will appreciate you honesty , not just a line good luck
