Tax Year: 2000200120022003200420052006
Filing Status: Single Married filing jointly Married filing separately Head of household

If your taxable income is between... your tax bracket is:
0 and 7550, 10 %
7551 and 30650, 15 %
30651 and 61850, 25 %
61851 and 94225, 28 %
94226 and 168275, 33 %
168276 and above, 35 %
So pay yourself $168275.00

Its easier to manage your tax burden by making pre-tax retirement contributions (401k, medical savings account, etc)
and tax shelters (home mortgage interest, etc) than basing on income alone

Its important to be concerned with your tax burden!!
I am very interested in seeing election day and tax day moved to the same day
Move April 15 to election day!
then more people would realize they are fiscal conservatives!

See the given link. The brackets will be different for married and single people, and they change every year.
