I am very down lately, and any suggestions would be appreciated(not involving $...since that is part of why I am depressed) thanks

Stay active and engaged socially. Research has shown again and again that social support and exercise are key factors in preventing depression. Exercise has been shown to reduce or eliminate depressive symptoms by at least 20%.

I find relief when I exercise hard and then treat myself to a nice dinner that I make for myself (typically large steak with a nice glass of red wine). Then I exercise hard again the next day and might plan something with a friend. Think of the things that bring you pleasure and do more of them.

Try to disconnect from your problems. Remember depression is anger directed inside. Listen to some music that makes you angry than take it out on a pillow or a punch bag. Eat some good food but don't let it get out of control. Watch a funny movie or TV show. Never forget to get enough fresh air because too much in-doors drives everyone crazy.

Call some friends you haven't talked to in a while. Go through some old photographs or journals or whatever and reminise. Go for a walk and look around and enjoy the beauty surrounding you. Go online and find a friend to chat with and help you through it. Read a really good book. Sit down with a pen and paper and write about why you are upset, and whatever is bothering you.

When you get ready to leave your room put a chain around your right ankle. Then go where some people will see you and feel the difference. You must learn all emotions are made electrically from your aura and then try to change your aura. It is easy to use mechanical devices like metal on the skin. Keep learning about the aura and how sex can change it too. Maybe you kniow some other ways already.
