Need to complain about gmc product

If you go to the best Cadillac dealer near you and talk real nice the service manager will know that you won't do any thing bad to the rep. and he will probably set-up a time that you can see that rep. YOU must tell the service mgr. what car you drive and what problem you have and be honest----- if you get mad at the serv. mgr. you have just screwed yourself........take the time to organize your complaint and be nice ---- You get more with honey than vinegar........these people want to have good customer relations and if you want solution ____ be nice.
