"Parmesan Crusted Chicken" - 4 servings
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
4 tsp. Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs
Combine mayonnaise and cheese; spread on chicken. Sprinkle with bread crumbs; bake at 425* - 20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
"Grilled Garlic Chicken" - 4 servings
1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets, Garlic Mushroom Soup Mix
3 tbsp. olive oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
In medium bowl, combine soup mix with oil. Add chicken; toss to coat. Grill or broil until chicken is no longer pink.
"Campbell's One-Dish Chicken and Rice Bake" - Serves 4
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
3/4 cup uncooked regular white rice
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
In 2-quart shallow baking dish, mix soup, water, rice, paprika and pepper. Place chicken rice mixture; sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper. Bake at 375* - 45 minutes or until chicken and rice are done.
"Campbell's Herb-Roasted Chicken and Vegetables" - 4 servings
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup water
2 tsp. dried oregano leaves; crushed
2 cups fresh or frozen baby carrots; thawed
4 medium potatoes; quartered
4 bone-in chicken breast halves
1/2 tsp. paprika
Mix soup, water, 1 tsp. of the oregano, carrots and potatoes in shallow roasting pan; top with chicken. Season with remaining oregano and paprika. Bake at 400* - 50 minutes or until done.

Ingredients
Serves 4
2 Cups Basmati Rice
1 portion cooked chicken tikka
4 cloves garlic crushed
2 inches root ginger grated
4 green chillies finely chopped
Handful pistachio nuts (unsalted)
1 large onion finely chopped
Half teaspoon turmeric
1 cup fresh chopped coriander
1 Tablespoon Garam Masalla powder
Seeds from 8 Green Cardamom pods
Juice of 1 lemon
Method
Basmati rice must be used for this recipe. Salt the water in a large pan, bring to the boil and add the basmati rice and cardamom seeds. Cook for 7 minutes then drain. Meanwhile fry the onion until translucent then add the ginger, garlic, chillies, garam masalla and stir fry for a further 2 minutes mixing well. Now Add the rice, lemon juice and stir well. Lay the contents out into a baking dish, 1 layer of rice, then the cooked chicken tikka then another layer of rice, cover and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with the crushed nuts and corinader leaves poured over.

My family really likes this one and I hope you do too!
4 chicken breasts
4 pieces of sliced ham (capacola or a smoked ham add a nice flavor)
4 slices of provolone (mozzarella or Swiss can also be used)
1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
Spray an oven safe casserole dish with Pam. Lay your chicken breast in the casserole. Top each chicken breast with a couple of Tablespoons of the spaghetti sauce, enough to cover the breast thoroughly. Next layer the ham and top with the provolone.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. If your chicken breasts are on the thicker side you may need to cook them a little longer. I buy the frozen chicken breasts from Sam's Club to make this recipe and it only takes them 30 minutes to cook.

Mexican Chicken
Biol 1 pack chicken breasts
hold 1 cup broth
1 velveeta cheese
1 can cream chicken
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken
1 can rotel
1 large bag Doritoes
Boil chicken, after full boil, add chicken broth, Let cool and debone, mix together rotel, cream of chicken, and 1/2 box cheese. If runny, add more cheese. Line ban with butter and pour 1/2 doritoes in bottom of pan, add chicken mixture and top with doritoes. Bake for 10-20 minutes until warm and cheese is melted.

How about chicken enchilada casserole?
Use 3-4 cooked chopped chicken breasts
3 green onions chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup (optional but good)
chicken broth for loosening up the soups
1-2 cans green chille's At least 1 cup grated cheddar jack cheese. 12-14 corn tortilla's softened up in the microwave. Layer it all in a glass 13x 9 pan and cook for 30-45 min in a 350 degree oven. Yummy town!!!!!

This one of the best I have ever had.
Buttermilk Baked Chicken
½ cup butter or margarine
4 chicken breast halves
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 ½ cup buttermilk, divided
¾ cup flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Melt butter in a lightly greased 13X9 baking dish in a 425 oven. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Dip chicken in ½ cup buttermilk then dredge in flour. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes. Turn chicken and bake an additional 10 minutes. Stir together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken and bake 10 more minutes covered with aluminum foil. Drizzle gravy over chicken.
If you want, add a pinch of dried tarragon to soup and buttermilk mix.

Well it isn't really a recipe but I lightly brown chicken breasts then I throw them in the oven in a casserole dish with a BBQ sauce (covering them completely) You may want to water it down a little bake for about 30-45 minutes then I cook up some rice and have BBQ chicken with rice and sauce.

Heres a VERY easy and quick recipe for Chicken Quesadillas
Boneless skinless chicken breast
Flour tortillas
Cambells soup(this mexican cheese soup,sorry I forgot the name of it but it'll be in the soup aisle)
Seasoning(for taste,if you want)
Anywho all you do is cook the chicken breast slice them in strips or dice them whichever you prefer,add that soup in it with a cup of water to thin it out a little,add some seasoning whatever you want if you want,let it cook for a minute or two.Then put them on the tortillas fold them over and microwave for a minute or two and there ya go!

For two chicken breasts I add a bit of olive oil, dried basil, salt, pepper and lemon juice. I bake them at 350 for 25 minutes in a covered dish. My husband loves this.

I coat chicken, strips, or boneless breasts, or pieces with:
1/3 instant garlic mashed pot
1/3 bread crumbs
1/3 grated romano cheese
dip in egg first then above mixture and cook
family will love it!!
