You are a contestant on the game show Let's Make a Deal. For those of you who don't know the show, I'll explain the situation.
In this problem, you are given three doors. Behind one of them is a car, but behind the other two is a goat (the joke prize). You choose a door. Monty Hall, being the generous host he is, decides to open one of the other doors for you and voila! A goat! After showing you this, he gives you the option to switch to the third door.
Do you stick with your original door or switch and why? (By the way, in case it isn't clear, you want the car. You don't want the goat.)

Always switch. Your chances of winning go up to 2/3 for switching and remain at 1/3 if you don't switch.

The new crowd doesn't get the concept of the booby prize, you DON"T GET TO KEEP THE GOAT!!!! I always pick door number three, for some reason on that show, the third pick that he hands you is always the best choice. I'm a huge fan, watch it and see, what ever number they start out with during the day with the best prize it stays that way all through the day. But it's a classic and wonderful show.

i am going to stick with the door that i picked first. but really i would have enjoyed the goat. then i could keep him on my farm with the other goats.

Stay with the original choice. Usually your first choice is right, and they open the goat door to make you doubt your decision.

ill stick with my door your 1st insticts are most likely to be right & even if i dont get the car, im a winner either way....i know i want the car...but i wont be 2 dissapointed if i get a goat...theyre so cute! lol
~Even if i won the car...i think i would sell it and buy a bunch of goats! lol

I stick with my original selection, always been told to go with my first instinct and seems like the majority of the time when I don't I am sorry
