Other than getting more sleep. If you wake up and need a quick fix: Ice them - this lowers the swelling and decreases the circles. Use preperation H - rub it on the dark part, careful not to get any in your eye, this is a natural blood vessel constrictor and will take the swelling down.

used tea bags and cucumbers...if these fail...drink the tea, eat the cucumbers and use concealer
