Are the so-called Christians really closet Athiests?
This is a follow up to a question I read...I want to see if the answers change.....

I answer questions regarding God because the bible says to tell them.
How else will anyone know if you don't tell them. I believe that even though all that hear the gospel might not be saved, but for those who want to be saved I am most gladly to provide the message of the good news.
I believe that the Lord will direct a persons to him if that person is truly seeking him with all their heart.
I know that I am God's mouth piece and I definitely don't mind. For me telling others about God is like milk, it does a body good.
No, I am not a closet Atheist, I wouldn't trade away this most magnificent free gift, that is more precious than silver or gold for a chance to be a indecisive person, that will go all the way to the
end just to find out you're wrong.

The religion and spirituality section isn't about disproving any deities. It's about any questions people have on the subject.
There are many kinds of questions on here such as asking for a certian bible story or what religion celebrates what holidays.
Just because people are curious and have an open mind doens't make them athiests. And what's so bad about athiests anyway?

why not? Is there a rule that says who can and who can't answer questions?
Probably most just want to help in some way. I can't figure out why there are some stupid (not yours) questions posted. Please don't be offended, I really am not talking about this question, but we have all scanned some of the questions posted, and wondered, "what the h#ll are you trying to prove"!

I don't think I answered the question you read which spawned this question, but I answer questions here because I try to be of help. I may be of help to someone on one topic and they may be of help to me on another. Just because you believe in God doesn't mean you can't ask questions. We're always learning and growing (spiritually) and the best way to do that is to ask questions. Asking questions and receiving honest answers is a really good way to strengthen your testimony.

I could easily switch it and say:
"Why would someone who does NOT believe in God want to answer questions on Religion and spirituality?

Why would somebody who believes in God want to answer questions about R&S? Who better qualified for it than someone who's got a relationship with God and can tell others what it's all about when they ask?

No idea about the earlier question. I dont believe that "so-called" Christians are really closet atheist. I do agree with why would you want to ask a question on here when mostly all you will get in response is negative, unbelieving BUNK such as yourself. So, there is your answer!

Christians NEED to be here because we need to be sharing the word of God here. We need to be sharing the TRUTH of the Bible! Relegion is so broad- and that is not the answer. Jesus Christ is the answer! Those who are on here that are born again christians and who share the truth of God's word DO CARE. Why would we be here if we did not care what happens to people?

No, we really hope that someone might see the truth. It is titled religion and spirituality so then why do people who don't believe think we shouldn't be on here?
