I personally have never used Stackers 3 but I can tell you that if it does work it will not be a long term weight loss/maintenance solution. The best way for you to lose weight is slow and steady through diet and exercise.
I understand that you're very busy (we all are) but it sounds like you are fairly young and if you have'nt already done too many crash/gimmick diets then your metabolism should still be in fairly good shape. Therefore don't damage your body with the use of such gimmicks.
Eat five to six small meals with lots of green veggies and fruit and drink plenty of water and get some exercise everyday and you will lose the weight.
You should be very careful of the pills you put in your body to lose weight, some of these pills include ingredients such as Ephedra and Phentermine.
Phentermine is a sympathomimetic amine, which is similar to an amphetamine. It is also known as an "anorectic" or "anorexigenic" drug. Phentermine stimulates the central nervous system (nerves and brain), which increases your heart rate and blood pressure and decreases your appetite.
Phentermine is used as a short-term supplement to diet and exercise in the treatment of obesity.
Take the safe and natural road.
Sorry about the rant.

These answers are alright, but if you really want to loose weight don't eat past 8 or atleast 3 hours before your nap. That way your stomach doesn't work while you are sleeping. In the morning you are gonna wake up early and hungry. Eat cereal with loots of nuts and raisins. When you become a model call me.

Exersize is the best way. You will find 15 minutes a day once you start because after a few weeks, you will need less sleep.

Well, you didn't gain weight in one night, so it won't go away fast. Diet pills are a scam and can be potentially dangerous to your body. I just lost 25lbs by drinking more water, cutting out caffeine, exercising, counting calories(http://www.hpathy.com/healthtools/calories-need.asp is a good site to do this), adding fruits and veggies.

Eat goats cheese rather then regular cheese. It contains 40 per cent fewer calories than the cheese created from cow’s milk.

People who plan their weekly meals are more successful at losing weight than individuals who don’t. Plan your dishes to add in healthy carbs such as lovely potato and wholegrain pasta, vegetables and lean proteins, buy the many ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to eat out or order in.

Suck the item in. Consciously hold in and contract your ab muscles while you’re walking, sitting for your desk or making the an evening meal. This will help to strengthen your stomach muscles and your core, and create for you one step closer to some sort of flatter stomach.

Two months ago I weighed 180, today I am 148. I lost weight by fasting (body purification), drinking plenty water, eating salads and lots of peanuts. Excercise speeds the process.

Beans, beans, are great for your heart, the more you take in the more you... lose bodyweight actually. Super-effective and full associated with fibre, beans will regulate your appetite and slow the rate at which ones stomach empties, meaning you keep fuller for longer.
