I hate when that happened. Some hippie chick tried to tell me it was because I was in a weakened state and some spirit, ghost or whatever was getting in there taking advantage of me by not letting me control my body. She invited me to some goofy hippie sleep circle seance thing where I could exorcise any unwanted spirits and ward them off...
Pretty silly, I thought...
Do you sleep with anyone? I have told my husband when he sees that, sees me struggling to speak or move like that, to wake me up, no matter what. He has done it several times and that has worked great for me.
