Two months ago I weighed 180, today I am 148. I lost weight by fasting (body purification), drinking plenty water, eating salads and lots of peanuts. Excercise speeds the process.

15 pounds in a month is pretty dangerous and not very possible but here are some tips to lose a much weight as possible.
Start an exercise routine. Walk, run, ride bike, roller blade etc.
Squeeze in exercise into your life. While at the desk or watching TV stand instead of sit. Instead of a remote control manually change volume and channel. When shopping park farther away so you have to walk. If time isn't of the eccense, at the mall take the longer route. Put things on higher shelves etc.

Try weight watchers at the Y in Kankakee,IL. It will be great. My mom goes there and says it's hard work but you have to do it. That's the only way you'll lose 15 pounds. Good Luck!!

fifteen lbs in 1 month is really not feasible, 2 lbs per week is about the max, cut calories, and exercise daily 30 to 45 minutes. Depends on your ht and wt, how many calories you need to maintain and how many to lose. good luck

You could fast and exercise intensely but you can cause lots of damage to your body.
