Yes, "uebo" is how the Spanish word "huevo" sounds. And we use it written in that wrong way for comical reasons only. Yes, "huevo" is "egg" and it´s widely used to name the masculine testicules; it´s a humorous way to call them

Never heard of "uebo" in spanish...
the closest is "huevo" which means egg
Huevo is also used to refer to the pair of masculine attributes..
(in slang).
