For anyone to report worldwide you can use a UK website I found called www.ceop.gov.uk or you can report emails to http://www.iwf.org.uk/reporting.htm or website links including peoples profile's on things like yahoo and myspace to http://www.asacp.org/report.php

Just report to your local Police "internet crimes" division , and only report the website , let THEM get the IP addy. You don't know all the laws and loopholes that "pedo scum" use to do their buisness and you yourself could get in trouble , if not done right.
