It also happens to me. Are you taking any medications? It could be a reaction to that. Also may be a sign of dehydration. Try drinking more water. Oh, also, does it just come on by itself or after you have eatten something? Mine comes and goes depending on food, stress and lack of nutrition. This is not something to ignore, you may want to talk to your doctor about it.

why is your face red and hot? I think so when we are alone different thoughts come in our mind. That thoughts would be related to our life or circumstances. we think deeply and feel, we become sensitive some time sad. And when we think with our inner feelings our face become red and hot. Its a matter of mind and heart at the same time.

I get it from rising blood pressure, but I think there is a condition that causes flushing which is a hot red face.

My husband's face does that whenever his blood pressure spikes. It might be a good idea to have yours checked. Other than coming in to contact with something causing an allergic reaction I would assume yours is also blood pressure related. Please get yourself checked out soon. Good luck.

That happens to me too, I think it may be allergies. I usually just put a cold cloth on my face and it goes away.

It could be high blood pressure. Have a Dr. check it for you. High blood pressure is the silent killer. It seldom has any warning signs.
