stop being silly! you dont have tips for making a girlfriend marry you .Marriage is no small thing nor is it a fling that you pick a girl and you LIKE her and then if you guys hit it off good or else bye bye !!!
remember always marry a person who loves YOU and not the one you love.And chill im sure you will definitely meet someone . If you roam around thinking of trying to meet up a girl for marriage then throw tht out of your mind.Be yourself.Make more friends.Talk to them.Discuss things.... Im sure tht even if you dont fall in love with any of your friends they certainly will help.Right now think only about friendship and do not make friends thinking you want to marry them or make them your girlfriend . Make your friends very seriously and treat them as FRIENDS ONLY.DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHIN !

I'm sure there are women around. If not near home or college, go someplace else and find some women (intenet works good).
