I can't really go by weight alone since if you are muscular you will and should weigh more. Assuming you have an average muscle build, then if you lose 35 lbs you will be very much underweight. A healthy weight for a female of 5'5" is about 125 lbs, but at your age weight will fluctuate since teens tend to put on the pounds right before a growth spurt.

35 pounds is WAY WAY WAY too much to lose. Look at this height/weight chart: http://www.healthchecksystems.com/heightweightchart.htm
You shouldn't lose any weight right now. You are in the middle of puberty and your body is going to change over and over again in the next few years. Just quit any junk/fast food and no sodas. That will help.

Ask your parents to take you to a doctor, he maybe able to help you out or may recommend someone who specializes in this area.
They will help you decide how much you need (calories), what food choices are the best (food groups)and what exercise you need and how much. Crash dieting (rapid weight loss) is not healthy and rarely works in the long run (gaining more than before).
Be happy with yourself no matter how much you weigh, your way to young to be troubled by this.

theres no fast healthy way to lose weight. If it was easy everyone would be fit. It takes a good balanced diet. Smaller portions of food. Control. And excercise.
Good Luck

Yes I have found the best secret to loosing weight. Go to www.t-tapp.com I just bought this DVD about 3 weeks ago. In the first 7 days I lost an inch off my hips, an inch off my waist, and 2 inches off my abdominal area. It has been three weeks and my body looks amazing. She has a section try before you buy and you can try some moves before you buy the DVD.
