Dude it's not gonna be easy t stop smokeing so how about you stp slowly like lets say you had about 5 smokes aday! take it down to 3 smokes a day go slowly and you should stop most people expect you to just stop BOOM no that doesnt help it's easier to stop slowly and you want to be heailthy Well yeah eat good get alot of sleep dont eat after 8 because the body needs to clean around that time Lol

The best advice anyone can give to be healthier is to stop smoking. Lots more money in your pocket, nice smelling clothes, clean fingers, and nice breath

That would be impossible. Smoking ruins your health no matter what else you do to live a healthy life. One thing you may want to be aware of is taking Vitamins when Smoking actually increases you chances of Cancer. So, I would not take Vitamins.
