No..... from what I've seen, people younger than that are bad enough with a MATCHBOX model or a computer generated one on PS2 game GRAN TURISMO, never mind a real car....... they're still learning to engage their brain, and immature enough to accept stupid dares from their friends.

Hate to disagree with everyone here but, growing up I knew a lot of kids younger than 15 that needed to drive vehicles of one type or another on a farm.... not so legally , mind you but, it was necessary. These are the same kids that grew up to be responsible drivers... crash into a silo one time, you'll think twice before doing it again. lol

Likely not.
Many teens that age are not mature enough to be responsible for such an danger, nor are they physically all competent.
Perhaps in an extended learning with the parents, it is OK...but not alone.

there are lots of expenses that go along with driving........ car...... gas.... insurance......... condoms for back seat playing......... child support for when condoms break
at age 15 u aren't old enough to work so u dont belong behind the wheel of a car...... much less in the back seat
start working...... then start driving

No.......Lack of experience, maturity, etc. If they purchased their own vehicle and insurance with their own money ( not given to them by parents and/or relatives), then that would show responsibility and may enable them to qualify for a license to drive to school and work.

Probably not. That would cause more problems than it would solve.
