I fry everything in peanut oil or olive oil.
chicken would get the peanut oil.
Sometimes I mix eggs, honey, and milk together
and dip the chicken in that before flouring it.
I also like to add a good amount of sage to the herb mix...

Well classically salt pepper and sage. But seasoned salt works well. Cayenne as well. You might try cumin for a sowthwest flair that and a little chili powder. Almost any oil will do, I like canola.

I use a Flour and Corn meal mix seasoned with Cayanne pepper and Chinese Five-Spice (Fennel, Anise, Ginger, Licorice Root, Cinnamon, & Cloves).
I use about a cup of flour, half cup corn meal, 2 tablespoon each of the Cayanne and Five-Spice.
I then deep-fry it in a WOK using standard veggie oil.

marinate in bulgarian style(really thick) buttermilk for at least an hour.
Mix 2 cups of flour, 1 pkg (dry) good seasons italian dressing mix, and 1 pkg(dry) Knorr's beefy tomatoe soup.
coat well and fry..............I use peanut oil
This is a very savory chicken and will become a favorite!
