Calvin Brock's chances against Klitschko aren't very good. Due to the fact that Brock hasn't been beaten, we don't know if he has the heart to get up from a knockdown. Klitschko has good power and very good skills. He'll probably be the victor.

i give klitschko a slight edge, he's definitely a better fighter now with steward in his corner. better strategically and mentally anyways. skills-wise he seems to be about the same as he's ever been, which i say is good... but not great. brock has fought alot and is undefeated, but his only notable opponent was mccline, and after being knocked down and in trouble, he came back with a vengance and won a decision. he's got heart, skills, and stamina. what he's gonna need is a good gameplan, so he doesn't have to eat wlad's big jab all night. he does keep his gloves up, unlike many of our other lazy heavyweights. he'll probably have to do some good work on the inside, and keep moving, giving wlad multiple looks so he's a little more hesitant to throw it. brock also fights well moving backward, which may help him at times if wlad starts to put the pressure on, or use his body to try to manhandle a smaller brock.

In my opinion, I'm going to have to go with Wlad. Ever since he hooked up with Manny he has been fighting much better in the begining he wasn't really listening to Steward but you can see the slight adjustments that he's been making in his past few fights, the Peter fight would be the best example of Manny's work. If Wlad had is old trainers, he would have been on his back and out of there in the the 5th round, but Steward settled him down and got him through that fight.
There's nothing that can be taken away from Calvin, he has good power and a very effective jab but because of the way Wlad keeps his weight on his back foot and also because he's much taller than Brock, Calvins jab really won't play that big of roll here. Calvin is the much smaller guy here and I think that he would be tied up and spun into Wlad's powerful right hand. Calvin does have a punchers chance because, after all Wlad's chin is still suspect but I don't see that Calvin can follow up on the bigger and stronger Wlad.
Look for Klitschko to land the much harder shots down the middle and stop Calvin in the 10th round.

Skill wise, I just dont think Brock has a chance, but Brock is a classic over-acheiver. I dont think anyone expected him to be where he is now. The thing that makes it intersting is Brock has KO power and many think Klitschko is succeptible to that. Im not so sure...watching him get off his *** multiple times to decision Sam Peter shows hes got heart (many say Peter's the hardest puncher out there right now), but it also shows he can be hit (b/c Peter's not exaclty the most skilled fighter) I think its a long shot that Brock wins, but its definately one of the more intriging fights happening in the HW division. I am expecting something more exciting than the Briggs-Liaockavich fight this weekend.

The "banker" will run out of funds when he meets
Wladimir Klitschko in the ring. Calvin's tap-dancing
feet will be no contest for Wlad's quickness.
I predict KO in round 5 for Klitschko

i'd say he has a very slim chance. like you said, he has good skills and good power, but hes never been in with a guy as strong, as big, and as skilled as klitschko. the only names that hes been in with, that i can think of is jameel mcline who is nothing special and clifford ettiene who had one of the worst chins i've ever seen. brock only really has a chance because of wlads glass chin, if he can get in a good shot, then he might be able to score a knockout but he sure as hell isn't winning a decision. i see wlad winning by a lopsided decision or by knockout.

Very good.
Klitschko is an overrated semi-bum that got stopped by a 37 year old with one foot on the golf-course and who quit against the great Ross Puritty.

He has a punchers chance... but other than that, I'm expecting him to receive a drawn out beating and a stoppage about halfway into the fight.
