i cant dial out or receive calls unless i use a bt prefix of 1280. tiscali have given me numbers to prefix which wont work, they will not take responsibility for any incoming calls at all they say that is bts problem help !!

Hi Charollett I had several months of problems with tiscali phone and Internet services combined. I couldn't phone out or go on line and they kept charging me for calls when I couldnt make any. I was passed from one number to another number in the Tiscali customer services no one wanted to help and passed me around like pass the parcel.
BT didn't come out to help it wasn't their problem either I was no longer their customer. In the end I changed back to BT and because I was charged on my credit card I got it refunded in the end tiscali has gotten way to big and their staff are not help full these just give you another number to ring. Not a very professional company.
