If she howls at sirens I doubt she's deaf. BUT if you wold be more comfortable dog hearing CAN be tested via a BAER hearing test (some as human infants). THe dalmation club (who have a major deafness problem) has a webpage with places to contact for the test

Your dog isnt deaf. If its howling a noises (horn & siren) not the vibration of the train then she can hear. .

i have 4 huskys one of them dont bark youres can hear fine if shes howling at sirens

She isn't deaf. She's a breed that doesn't bark alot. She howls instead.

She probably is just not a barker. Unless you can't make a loud, sudden noise and have her not even flinch, I wouldn't be too concerned about deafness.
