"Love at first sight" Is kinda the whole, I want to be with you forever and I have known that from the moment you walked into the room, that I wanted to be with you and love you...
"You had me at hello" can be more of a sexual thing, more lustful, you know I was yours and you could have had me from the moment you said hello...
You had me at Hello is a little more playful and it doesn't have that sense of ultimate commitment that "love at first sight" does
