It could be that you aren't eating enough and your body is saving everything it gets to compensate. Try this website, www.fitday.com and keep track of what you are actually eating. At your weight, I would think you would need to eat at least 1500-1800 calories a day for your body not to shut down. Also, you are probably gaining a lot of muscle weight at the same time and you can't see results on the scale as easy. Try taking your measurments also not just weighing and see if there is a difference. Hitting thresholds like this is common in weight loss and you usually have to adjust your calories for your body to come out of it.
Hope this helps!

Hello there honey. I am so sorry about your weight and I am in the same position but the doctor has been kind enough to put me on these Xenical tablets and they are brilliant. You only suppose to have 12g of fat with each meal and I have lost 4 stones in a year. go to the doctors and ask for some and tell them that you have been trying your hardest. Good luck honey. Do not have more than 12g of fat as you will leak awful with these tablets, but if you go by the meat and things as well as instructions on meal you will be fine and you will look beautiful.

The first step should be consult with a doctor, he/she can order tests for you which may discover some reason for your diet and exercise program not helping you reach your goals.ie under active thyroid

Your next step should be to consult with a dietitian followed by getting an exercise routine set up by a certified fitness trainer.

Try to network with person(s) who will encourage you to meet your goals and stay positive. Keep with your program, set small goals that are reachable and "go forward".

What kind of workouts are you doing?
You may be gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time.
If you want to lose the muscle as well, do more cardio.
You may want to eat a little less also.

water pills will help some, however you might want to consider you might be burning fat while gaining muscle, not a bad thing, after you have muscle it will burn fat next to it, so keep it up and the water pills will help with the hard to get rid of fat on the upper arm, knees and ankles so take those fora few motnhs, they wont hurt you and during your monthly they will cut down on cramps and the extra water gained during that time of the month as well. it's usually when we gain water weight the most.

keep up what your doing!!!

Don't overwork yourself. When you do that, the weight hardly comes off. And also, be sure to eat less, and drink more water. You'll soon see improvements, give it more time.

What are you eating? It looks like your getting enough exercise so perhaps you are eating too many calories.
