first the slingshot sticks and stones then swords and arrows then horse's and calvalry's? then guns.....then explosives then tanks and planes then boilogical then nuclear weapons..........which is the best ur favorite did i leave any out ...and whats most scary is whats to come if nuclear weapons today can kill millions what will 100years bring in the advancement of weapons as we know them today

Propaganda was a good weapon in the past. I think in 100 years there will be genetic weapons that a leader will be able to wipe out a whole race of people. Scary.

The most awesome weapon in mankind is the intelligence and inventiveness of man. No matter where or when man has found ways and means of arming and/or defending himself. WWI was the "War to end all wars" Guess again. When weapons that cause death pretty much negated each other, we went to chemical weapons that can anhilate populations with no explosives at all. Weapons that destroy emotionally and economically are the most potent weapons. Physical scars heal, stuff can be replaced, but the human spirit is harder to re-establish once it has been hurt. Unfortuantely there are far too many people willing to find the exact things to cause that type of damage in new and more cruel ways.

in todays computerized world the new weapons will be Electro magnetic pulse weapons and computer virus's and other cyber warfare weapons. Another possibility are beam weapons if they can ever work out the bugs.
