Hi Everyone!
I was wondering if someone could recommend a good at home CARDIO workout. I'm 5"3 and 134lbs. It will be done in my living room which is a fair size but please keep in mind that I have absolutely NO workout equpiment. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Jump Rope - cheap and doesn't take up any room
Mini Trampoline - they're only $20-30
Videos - Denise Austin, 10 Minute Solution, Cathy Friedrich

Here's a routine I sometimes do - each exercise is done for 1 minute and if you can, with no rest inbetween, but if you have to rest march in place for 30 seconds between each exercise... remember to do a warm up for about 5 mintues of march or light jogging

jumping jacks
squat thrust
lateral leaps
high knees
running man
pretend jump rope
butt kicks
squat with front kicks
shuffle side to side
tire jumps
- repeat 2-3 times

You can try getting an aeorbics video. Also, I recommend Carmen Electra's cardio striptease tapes. It's pretty fun and a decent workout if youre new to exercising or just getting back into it. If youre already pretty fit, it's not a great workout. You can also run outside. Jumping jacks are a good cardio workout that doesnt need equipment and can be done inside. Also, this sounds weird, but vacuum really agressively and you'll be surprised how that gets your heart rate up.

Get the Leslie Sansone video's. They are awesome and have everything from power walking in your home to kickboxing. I love them!!
