If it was me, I would say it was my allergies. I get headaches from the pressure and it feels like the headaches are in my eyes.

If you have any visual involvement, you may be having scintillating scotomas. Circulation to the eye is cut off for a time, usually there is temporary loss of vision, at least in the center of the visual field. When sight clears, there is normally a flickering light sensation in the periphery of the visual field. All of this is followed by a head ache that many be mild or torturous migraine.
You may be anemic, especially if you are female and not long in the menarche.
No matter you age, the other possibility is that you have had a mini stroke. Not something to mess around with. I don't like meds either, but if I had your symptoms, I'd sure as hell make an appointment.
Good luck, and let's hope it's just growing up hormon storms or something.

You probably have a metobolic issue. That is definitely the cause for your fatigue. Stress in the household or workplace could be another cause. Try to just take an evening or two off every week, get away, and do something that you will enjoy so as to release the stress. I know a friend who has these same exact symptoms you describe. There is medication that can be proscribed to control this, and life can go on as usual once again. Most importantly though, I really think it is metabolic, and you need to get the deficit corrected as soon as possible, otherwise there could be more serious repercussions. Good luck, and take care!

I experienced the exact thing, first quarter of this year. However, pressure and pain arround my eyes still remained. Take note, I am not wearing any eyeglasses nor contacts. My opthalmologist administered a drop of eye antibiotics on each eye (left and right), then suggested me to close my eyes for 5-10 minutes.
He even prescribed an artificial tears that can be bought over the counter. His diagnosis - I have Dry Eyes. I followed my optha's advise and within a week, my eyes were releived from pain or pressure. He even reminded me to use the artificial tears whenever I feel that my eyes are swollen and I just need to close my eyes for 5-10 minutes. He also suggested not to wash my face right after exposing my tired eyes from work. I have to patiently wait at least for 45 minutes to avoid eye strain.
You might want to buy an artificial tears on a drug store ( It's like Visine, a clear and harmless solution).
Nevertheless, if symptom still persisted -you need to ask for a professional advise for it might be an internal problem ( like diabetes or the like.)

I get bad headaches behind my eyes and pain in my face(nose/forehead/temples). It's caused by sinitius and allergies. Fatigue (less energy) can be caused by these things. I recommend a once a day allergy pill. And consider warming up a cup of water to a lukewarm temperature and adding just a pinch of salt. Then plug one nostril and sniff the water solution. then do the other side. It burns a little, but really helps alot. My doctor told me to do it and it totally helps.

the symptoms you are describing could very well be those of an acute sinus infection (sinusitis) it is ussually a "frontal" headache described as pressure around the eye area, it is not unusuall for you to feel tired or "drained" during an infection as your body is using resources (energy) to try to fight this infection off.
the best course is an antibiotic, a decongestant and i the headache does not go away a sinus scan or a head scan.
unfortunatly you will need to "see a doctor" for all this.
the alternative is to go on suffering, not knowing etc

Sounds if you have migraine and you must be stressed out by work life or family life. Try and relax more and it is not nice that you are having headaches and that you are feeling like this. Try meditation or even try to lay down with the curtains shut for a hour a day.

Sounds like sinusitis. This is generally brought on by allergies. You might also have a sinus infection. If decongestants don't work and it doesn't go away for a couple of weeks you might need to get some antibiotics.

Sounds like a sinus infection. You probably need a course of antibiotics to clear it up. If you still have pain around your eyes after the sinus infection is clear (if you have one) then you may want to see an eye doctor.
