I am 19, 5'9", 170 lb, 20.5% body fat.

I workout 5 days a week.

Monday - Chest, Biceps
Tuesday - Shoulders, Triceps
Wednesday - Back, Legs, Abs
Thursday - Chest, Biceps
Friday - Shoulders, Tricepts

This workout is for 3 weeks straight, with supplements - Protein, Creatine (only 4 grams after workout).

After 3 week workout, I have a Fat-Burning-Week.

Fat-Burning-Week: Mon - Sat, No supplements (except protein), A lot of cardio.. about 3 mile walk/run/climb , and toning muscles with less weight, and more reps.

Then I go into my 3 week plan again.

Goal: To get 'cut' - have better physique/gain muscle.

More info: During the 3-week-plan I do heavy weights, 10 - 8 - 6. 6 reps with the heaviest weight I can lift 4 times easily.
I do vary the exercises.

You should really try doing more cardio. You should do cardio for 30 min before you start lifting every day. It's a good way to warm up your muscles and you'll find you can do more reps or heavier weights that way. It'll get your body fat down faster and you'll look more muscular faster. Other than that, it looks great!
