My company made a business deal. The people from another country, after everything was paid, decided to back out. They paid for the items and now want their money back. This was a deal made between them and a company. I have no dealing with it. They will not pick up the items bought. They want money instead. This is impossible to do. The deal is final. Now he is making threats against my family. My family and I had nothing to do with it, what do I do? I have contacted the police and FBI. They need to wait until someone gets hurt. HELP!!!!

So how did he get your name and address and how do you know about the deal if you have no dealings with the company? Did it all come from him?

Find out the home address of the person who made the deal, and send that to the guy making threats.

The "all sales are final" policy of a company has no legal effect unless a contract was signed by both parties, then it only might apply. If no contract was signed, he should get his money back less any associated costs, for instance was the item purchased a custom item or off the shelf?

Have you contacted the country this person is from?

Really not enough information in your question. Was it all legal and above-board?

What country? Try contacting the police or federal/government police in their country and inform them of what is going on.
I guess this item was very expensive and have to be altered or personalized to thier specifications? Which is why your company would lose money on this deal if they gave the money back, they lose money twice (Because they can't unload this item on someone else).
If they aren't going to listen to reason, tell them to file a civil lawsuit against the company. That way they get off your back and atleast turn their attention towards the company.

I am afraid of my friend who came from UAE, he received death threats from someone he knows who became like a middle man to an unknown lender when he borrowed money in his desperate time. According to him, this person extort or asked 10percent interest as middleman in order for them to get the loan. Eventually, He decided to flee the country coz he felt trapped from this extortionist and fear for his safety. Now, he gets bombarded by death threats by this person and his family who is asking for payment or the interest payment...I wanted to help him but...I can only advice him to report it and the evidence to UK authority. I am concerned for his safety and family...help!
