You need to be a good poker dealer. You need a good personality. You need to go through dealer school and get certified. It is possible to skip that last part, but in an audition you are going to be at a huge disadvantage against a candidate who has that certification.

You may have to pay your dues working bad shifts and not even dealing at first, just while the casino decides if they like you.

It's not easy. Good luck though.

Going to dealer school, getting and passing an audition, getting a gaming license. Your first job as a dealer will probably be at a break-in casino, far away from the strip and at the worst hours.

You have to be trained by the casino. Sometime this training is not paid for. Meaning you have to attend class for free. You also need to be able to get a gaming license. This is about a fifty page appliction which checks your backgroud. I hope this helps.

First you have to get to vegas, not loose your shirt, have no record with the police, then apply. After training and passing all the tests they give, including drug, criminal backgound, and others, then you may get a job.

You need to apply and then they send you to a training school to learn. You then do A LOT of practice and then have to pass the tests that they require.
