Her are the things:

1. Impress by smartness.
2. Try to look and be better.
3. Be responsible.
4. Try to meet people.
5. Don't act like you are dying for a girlfriend or you want one, and talk like you would take good care of whomever you will be with.

Maybe you're attracting the wrong kinds of chicks. I would suggest picking up a new hobby-- something that you are a little familiar with, but its definitely not your 'thing' yet. Try mountain biking, rock climbing, or just plain backpacking/ camping. If you're not used to something like this it might be difficult to motivate yourself to get out there. Girls are attracted to guys who are confident and can do 'guy' things. If you're paying too much attention to how you gel your hair it could actually be a turn off. Try being a GUY and pick up a hobby that's active and cool.

Be yourself, natural, cool, calm, collected and most importantly, CONFIDENT.

Confidence is the number 1 thing girls look for, so if you don't have any, imitate someone who does. Fake it til you make it, and soon enough you'll have a g/f.

Are you kidding me? Since your probably like what, 12, you figure you should come here and ask a bunch of strangers how to get a girl???????

The bottom line is when your old enough, you will find someone. Stop searching and start living. Christ!

Build your confidence, smile at her and listen to her. And have a goal outside of her, a purpose

I agree with Greg. Confidence is the key. If you don't have it, get it. If you don't know how to get it, fake it until it comes naturally.

tough question...

some people may say, just be yourself...

but i say just keep putting your best foot forward in whatever situation/place/event you're in...coz you never know who u may meet...and first impressions more often than not LAST.
