No. They were separate creation of God that did not survive the flood. They were sub-human species. They were not in the human line of Adam. They undoubtedly lived along side man and had some of the same features and habits, but that is where the similarities end.

Neanderthal is in no way related to human beings. They differ genetically more then apes from humans. As far as being descendants of Noah or Abraham, that is just ridiculous. Of course not, these biblical figures are fictional characters from an ancient story book. Cro-magnon man came BEFORE humans so how could they possibly have descended from Noah? Are you suggesting that humans de-evolved (if there is even such a word) then re-evolved? The answer to your question is goto school!

Noah and Abraham are fictional, and there is no real evidence that they ever existed. There is much evidence for the existence of Cro-Magnon and Neanderthal men, in contrast. Noah was said to live about 2350 or so BCE, so if he had existed, he would've been a descendant of Cro-Magnon man, the first Homo Sapiens.

hi, i'm not religious, yet i visit respond to your question from a "archaeological" aspect of view. in accordance to the Bible, Abraham got here from a city referred to as Ur. That city became outfitted contained in the Copper Age and the Bronze Age. Neanderthals, (that are a quite different species to us, we are scientifically prevalent as Homo Sapiens Sapiens, Neandertals are prevalent as Homo Sapiens Neanderthalensis) and Cro Magnon guy date decrease back to the old Stone Age, it really is many thousands of years till now both Noah or Abraham are meant to have lived. subsequently, Abraham and Noah can't were the ancestors of Neanderthals and Cro Magnon guy. desire that solutions the question. Demociticus desire that

No. Not possible.
Noah and Abraham are iconic, but entirely mythical people.
Cro-magnon man is the most recent precursor to modern humans. Neanderthals are a bit more contraversial. Some think they were a genetic dead end, and were replaced by modern humans, others think they were absorbed by interbreeding, so that we still carry some Neanderthal genes (Rush Limbaugh may be evidence of that, but I don't want to insult Neanderthals)

Noah and Abraham (provable historical personnages) were complete, whole, full humans.
How can anyone ask if cave-men came AFTER them?
BTW, what think you of this:
In the book 'Man, God and Magic' Ivar Lissner commented:
“....we must learn to realize that the early men of the Ice Age were neither brute beasts nor semi-apes nor cretins. Hence the ineffable stupidity of all attempts to reconstruct Neanderthal or even Peking man.”

cro-magnon, probably, but I think they actually come from Adam and Eve. Neanderthal I though were part of the nephilim, but no one's ever given me a straight answer on that.

Although the Bible does not say who these were, one obvious possiblity is that they were man's attempts at genetic manipulation before the flood.
