What are the main factors that control:
a) Aeolian deposition
b) Aeolian transport
c) Aeolian erosion

Deposition: wind speed, direction, topography (if you haven't got a basin, it isn't going to stay put), grain size and shape. Amount of sand available (this will partially dictate the type of sand dunes generated).

Transport: Grain size and shape, wind speed and direction

Erosion: Source rock type, temperature daily variation, moisture content, rainfall frequency and intensity.

You can see from the above there is a lot of interconnection at work here. There is probably more factors but that's off the top of my head.
