You'll shoot your eye out!

(Sorry... I'm in rehearsal for the part of the narrator, grown-up Ralph, in our local production of "A Christmas Story," so I HAD to say that...)

Laws on projectile weapons vary from state to state and for all I know, from county to county. You're probably better off asking the local gun/sporting-goods shop; they are forced to follow the letter of the law when selling a gun, so they will be in a position to answer your question.

The Daisy Web page included in the Sources field lists the states to which they cannot ship BB guns, and as an added bonus they list where they can't sell slingshots. Browsing the other pages on that site should be very interesting for fans of BB guns, plinking, and of course, Jean Shepherd's paean to the Official Red Ryder 200-Shot Carbine Action Air Rifle, with a compass and this thing which tells time built right into the stock...

i don't comprehend in case you and your buddy are the two 18 or no longer, and that i don't comprehend the place you reside. If one or the two one among you're under 18 it variations the legality, or a minimum of variations in case you are able to extremely purchase and sell something. What I undergo in recommendations for a one-semester non-obligatory type I took years in the past, the regulation is going so a the thank you to guard minors that many sales by potential of minors could be revoked without penalty. (First link under) additionally, I observed some weeks in the past that throughout Britain you -ought to- be 18 to purchase from a broking (2nd link) and that your discern is the criminal proprietor/to blame party of the bb gun offered for a minor toddler. Even in the U. S. the regulations selection interior areas of the state. call your interior sight police (using the non-emergency extensive type, and not 911) and that they are able to tell you what's permitted. Even greater useful, once you get your answer, as you thank them ask their call returned and write it down. That way you are able to tutor which you checked and have been informed your innovations.

You better check with the cops.
I get some of my airgun stuff from
one of the biggest airgun stores online and
they don't ship to Philadelphia, PA.
If they don't ship to a certain state that means that
there are airgun laws pertaining to any airgun.
I'm sure you can own them you just need a permit to
buy and/or shoot.
You better check, getting arrested isn't worth it.

no. you just need to be 18 to buy bbs, co2, or the gun itself.

yes, they can kill. but youd have to shoot them right in the eye at point blank with a brand new co2 cartridge.
