Usually there is small notch below the opening were u insert CD.
Use a U-CLIP pin to insert over there and u will be hitting the rotater. Press it little bit. Do it while player is turned on.

I recommend that you bring it to either a car dealership or to a car-audio speciality store (either the local places or a big-box retailer like Best Buy, Tweeter or Circuit City). Some car-audio manufacturers have special manual eject mechanisms they can access for you to take the CD out.

Um, did you try the "Eject" button or the "Open" button? Ok, maybe you did and it's stuck for some weird reason. Then I'm sorry I can't help you there. Good luck.
