Do not stop eating completely. Food is fuel, and if you go working out, you will do more harm than good.

Cut down to one meal a day, take plenty of vitamins (Fruit and maybe a multivitamin pill) and eat healthy stuff. Exercise regularly and it will take time, but you will get there.

If you do what you say you want to do, you will end up in casualty where the food is seriously bad, and the exercise regime even worse!

I lost 15 kilos in 10 months by eating one meal a day and small exercise routine. If it worked for me - it should work for you.

Crash dieting is very bad for your health. Totally starving yourself then excercising to the point of exhaustion will put a lot of strain on your heart and could cause a stroke or heart attack. If you lived you would probably have brain damage from the lack of oxygen during the attack, thus forcing you to resume your life as a vegtable. If these risks are worth it to you by all means go ahead. The sensible way to lose weight would be to excercise and cut calories. Good Luck!

Do not stop eating all together, that's a horrible idea. I went on the Atkins diet and stayed in the induction phase for 3 months. I did manage to lose close to 80 lbs in the course of about 5 months, but I was taking metabolife 3 times a day, working out during the afternoon, not drinking any soda. After I realized I looked really sickly, I tried to reincorporate carbs into my diet, and puked every time I tried to eat them. Now, I have managed to get back to around 165lbs. I was at 220 at my heaviest, and 135 at my worst.

You will never lose a stone in a week. You need to use up 3'500 calories to lose a pound of fat. Considering that the human body only needs 14'000 calories a week, even if you ate nothing at all you would only lose a maximum of 4 pounds and a pund to a pound and a half of that would be water which you would put back on again as soon as you started eating properly.
Also, if you stopped eating for a week, your metabolism would slow down making it even harder for you to lose weight as the body holds on to as much calories as it can as you have put it into starvation mode.

You will never be able to do it. This is a very dangerous method to shred weight please please please go and talk to your doctor --- then maybe join a slimming club you will learn losing weight must be tackled with good sense and knowledge or you will make yourself very ill indeed and for what reason?

I lost my hair after losing twenty pounds, OH BOY was I sorry. I have heard of others losing a kidney because they put too much strain on their kidneys. People following very low calorie diets have been known to have heart attacks. Following the heart attack very bright people have had their physical and mental capacity severly reduced. Do not do this to your body. Be kind to yourself. You could join a slimming group or do some research in the local library.

Learn to respect your body.

Why risk your long term health when, you can if you follow a sensible diet, lose weight safely

Easily done. I lost 10 lbs in 4 days when I done it, as long as your drink plenty of juice and water.
As a detox you really shouldn't do it for longer than 3 days. But you won't be losing fat, water is the first thing to go in any diet, then muscle, then fat stores, but as you'll be exercising at the same time you'll be building up muscle which weighs heavier than fat, so you could end up not losing any weight or actually putting it on.

If you want to water fast for 1 week then how much you lose will depend on how much you currently weigh. A 300 lb person will lose more than a 150 lb person.

Don't water fast if you have any kidney problems. The extreme detox and fat burning metabolism is too stressful.

Unless you want to end up in hospital. If you lose a stone in a week it could be disastrous. Your body will think it is starving. Please don't do that it is very dangerous. Why don't you set yourself a gentle goal of 2llbs a week, eating sensibly and gentle exercise. You will feel better for it and not damage your body. Never do anything fast it's pointless.

Any diet that promises weight loss of more than 1 - 2 lb per week
is a con. Weight loss over and above 1 - 2 lbs is water loss not fat loss! Starvation is not the answer, it will cause you more problems than it can solve!!!
