I am 22 yrs i dont wear make ups but i have pimples... please help?

I dont wear any make ups. I use only cleansing lotion, scrub, pore tightening mask once in a week or once in two weeks. but still i have pimples and i worry to much. i wash my face three times a day ... in yahoo answers all were ssaying proactive.. i am from india .. what does proactive means... where can i get one (india) whats the name of that product thats avialable in indian stores... how to treat pimples i am 22 yrs... plz help

proactive is a group of lotions and washing items that are sold in the united states. i am not sure if they would ship internationally. you would have to go to their website. if not first of all, you are too young to be putting so many chemicals in your face for the cleaning and treating of pimples. pimples are normal. check out the website i found for you, it might help

I'd say you're probably washing your face too much. The more you wash your face the more you're drying it out and causing irritation to your skin. Wash it once in the morning and once at night with a deep cleaning facial soap. Neutrogena (brand name) is a really good one to try. Good luck!
