First: Don't pick them up.
Second: Don't go into the hotel with them.
Third: If you have sex with one or the other or both, You will not be the first, and you will be likley end up with more then you bargained for.
Fourth: They want to rob you. If they have to hitchhike and you have a car, you look rich to them.
Fifth: This sounds like the beginning of a horror movie.
I know your question is kind of playful, but you're probably better off having annonymous sex with someone you met at a bar in their car. At least they have a car.

The first thing I would do would be to pretend to start taking off my clothes so therefore they wouldn't think anything was going on. Tell them I would like to start out in the shower. Ask them to go get the water running and then I would say I'll be right there. So as I heard the water running, I would take all there clothes, get back in my vehicle and drive like the wind...

umm not pick hitchhikers up in the first place.. is what i would do personally.. but if i did and they did that.. well if they were clean and no std's or anything grimy about them i'd would definately get a little kinky myself.. but i'm a girl so it seems a little bit more natural if i was a guy, **** no.. id tell the guy to take a seat. haha gross.. i dont know about hte whole guy on guy thingg.. yuck but thats just me =) nothing against them<33
