try changing your diet if you ingest a lot of sugars and or fats. balanced meals fuel the whole body along with plenty of sleep and some exercise

Why don't you want to take your meds? I have been medicated since the age of 19, got my BA and my MBA. It is nothing to be ashamed of, and though it is not the total solution it allows you to concentrate enough to learn the life skills you need to cope with it for the rest of you r life.
