First of all, I hope you're both of age.
Secondly, what has caused you to wait? Do you WANT to have sex, or is she pressuring you into it? If you want to wait, wait.
Thirdly, if you want to, don't stress about it. You don't need to impress her. Just be yourself. Take your time. Make it romantic. Be forewarned that sometimes the first time CAN be a bit awkward, but it will improve over time once you get to know what your partner likes more.
And of course, use protection.
But one thing I forgot to mention; Tell her you're a virgin. If you can't communicate enough to even tell her that, then you shouldn't be having sex.

its kinda too late to tell her youre a virgin. what you need to do is give her a great performance. read up as much as you can on positions, massages, female anatomy and sexual techniques. if you can look at some sex scenes and get an idea of what looks great in bed, then that might help. but remember, in most porn movies the women dont enjoy the sex because they have to be in positions that gives a good camera angle, not necessarily because its for the woman's pleasure, which is what you need to focus on

relax and just give her plenty of foreplay. You wont be that good your first time but just tell her. GIrls love virgins and she will gladly give YOU a good impression. You dont have to worry too much. Let her lead and you can work on you later. It will be worse if you don't tell her your a virgin.
