You are probably having equilibrium issues that are throwing you off balance and you most likely still have the sinus infection. You could also have an inner-ear infection.
You need to go back to the doctor and get another round of stronger antibiotics!

Your doctor diagnosed you with a severe sinus infection, threw some pills at you, and made no follow-up appointment? I think you need a new doctor. However, assuming that you're comfortable with this physician, I'd call his office and tell them what you just told us. Got a thermometer handy? Take your temperature before you call (fevers, if present, tend to make doctor's offices take you more serriously).
Any infection of any sort can cause weakness, since your body's busy keeping your immune system working. In your case, you may be surprised how much stronger you feel after drinking a few glasses of water; sinus infections--with all the pus and mucous production--can dehydrate you quickly.
Good luck to you; I hope you're feeling better soon.

A sinus infection can affect your Eustachian tube, causing the dizziness. It sounds as if your sinus infection didn't clear up completely and may have spread to your ears. Go back to your doctor, you may need a stronger antibiotic.

Yes. Having a bacterial infection will make you feel sick all over your body, which may include noodley arms. Omnicef didn't clear the infection. You need to get back to the doctor as soon as you can.

I have wonderful results with a product called Sinus Rescue Sinus Spray. It is a natural microbial of ionic silver. It will get into sinus areas that medications taken orally cannot. It is wonderful. I can even get rid of or stop a cold in its track with this. Go to www.PeacefulMountain.com for more info and how to order. Don't wait.

I don't think so and I have sinus infections all the time. I know I ache, my ears, my head, and my throat hurts.
