If my teachers start noticing I'm not eating lunch or anything and getting annoyed what should i do? Also I don't know what to say to them when they ask why I'm not. I don't have a school counsellor or nurse so I can't talk to them and I don't know what to tell them? Has anyone else had the same problem or knows what to do?

you know if you are not eating at school that is your business. If you cannot afford to that is your business as well. When I was in school i had a guidance counselor ask me why I could not afford senior pictures . I told her to ask my mother and my mother must have told her to mind her own business cause she never bothered me again about it ,but she upset me and made me cry and i had never cried in school before . so if the guidance counselor bothers you about this you tell her to contact your parent or parents and gurantee they will not bother you again.

Well, first of all why aren't you eating lunch? Is it because of a financial situation? Do you think you have an eating disorder? These are some of the things that your teachers are probably worried about. If you don't have a nurse or conselor then I feel that a teacher would be the next best thing. No matter what the reason you should tell them even if it only makes them understand your situation better. I really hope you get this resolved, and I wish you the best of luck!

Why aren't you eating?

If you want to lose weight, there's no reason to stop eating just pick lower calorie choices. Does your school sell salads? That's 40 calories tops plus 1 dressing packet at 100 and 140 calories for lunch isn't very much.

Bring lunch from home, even a yogurt container which has a good combination of protein, calcium and carbs.

You're still growing, you don't want to stop eating. Some day you'll be a mom and you want a strong body for your baby.

First you have to answer the question of why your not eating in the first place. Is it an eating disorder, depression, cant afford to or what?
In any case, you need to answer their questions honestly. Now days, if you dont ask for help, no one will volunteer anymore.
Your teachers are concerned and will help you no matter what the problem is. If they cant help, at least they can turn you in the right direction to someone who can. They have a lot of resources at their disposal and are prepared to use them.
Let them help you no matter what the problem is. Youll thank them later for it.

Don't eat when the class is going on. When the teachers are out at the end of the period, you try to gobble in some. Better eat at break times only.

Eat more meals (more than 3 regular meals) in fact can help to slim down.
