It's probably genetics. My friend Kenneth had gray hair since 12. You can either dye it or cut them really short.

Welcome to the club. All the women in my family gray early...and it bites...that's why "loving care" is my best friend. lol When I first started to go gray I decided to do it "gracefully" and ignore it. Right up until someone asked me if my 2yr old was my granddaughter!!! It was straight to the hair color isle for me!! I have been lucky and blessed with thick, full, healthy hair that takes abuse well and I have been coloring it now for the better part of 13 years pretty routinely. Try to find a color that is if anything a shade lighter than your natural hair color...don't go darker unless your complexion can handle it. Once you find one that you really like always keep a box or two on hand. Or you can go to a good Solon and they can build a color for you...this is really great if your stylist will write it down for you in case they ever close. But this gets a bit pricey.
What ever you choose to do make sure you are happy with your decision...you have to live with it. Remember it is a natural event!

My sister had that problem when she was only 13 years old. Is there a lot of stress in your life? This does not mean you're aging in anyway, I would call them "stress hairs". Try and reduce some of the stress in your life and take a couple hours a day to relax. Get the healthy 8 hours of sleep each night, eat healthy, and excercise regularly. You should see them dissappear. I know how embarrasing it can be because my sister was absolutely mortified and confused, they eventually went away though. Hope everything works out for you

Get your needed vitamins but especially get all the B vitamins, and not for just a short time; make it a habit.
