i agree -

There are way too many people on this forum, Christian and non, who do not respect the fact that human beings are spiritual people and will have different philosophies in that light.

At the same time, there are many times when i, as a Christian, cannot suffer through the ignorance presented by many (NOT all) supposed atheists on this forum.

i can't speak to the atheists, but i can speak to the Christians when i say that it is not our call, nor our duty, to attack those who attack us. Be ready with an answer - not the ignorant trash that i see so often - to give to the people on this forum who have questions about Scripture.

PS: Re: "ancient civilizations that don't know how the world works":

murder, adultery, deceit, greed, and pride are all still considered wrong and are (along with many other sins) at the heart of all of the world's problems today.

faith, hope, love, patience, valor, and vigilance are still considered good and are used to solve the problems that arise because of the reasons listed above.

there is no dispute to that; it is completely axiomical. To say that man was made by a Creator who embodies all of the first attributes listed and abhors the second is only to show that there is ultimate fulfllment to how the world is designed. If the world were perfect as He desires, it would function without sin, pain, and death.

He is ultimately what the world should be. That's just how it works, and there is no ignorance in it. even the ancients knew that.

Because to be religious is to be ignorant. A religious person chooses to ignore the reality around them and instead, believe in a system of rules that were invented by people from primitive civilizations who had no idea how the world really works. Indeed, anyone who refuses to adapt their beliefs as our understanding of the world evolves is truly ignorant.
