I'd love to be thin with huge breasts and a nice butt. Instead I'm a cow with huge breasts and a huge butt.
You can buy padded panties to give the illusion of a larger rump, but I have no idea how to get a bigger butt without surgery.

Why would you want a bigger backside? Guys may like them, but remember that big butts show up not so nice in photographs. Cameras aren't as sympathetic as men's eyes can be. Plus it's impossible to get good jeans with a big booty. Better re-think this.

Lunges holding heavy dumbells. Squats & staircase sprints.
Do a little each day.
These kind of exercises are very difficult... I recommend you get a personal trainer or gym employee to show you the right form and technique

I did excercises to work that specific area and it helped. I went from having no butt to having a muscular one. Work on your hamstrings, butt, and lower back. I did "walking lunges", hyperextensions and hamstring curls. Good luck!

if you do some squats 20 a day should give you a nice butt . MAybe if you join a gym ,they can give you professional help !

can't make your butt any bigger without the rest of you getting bigger too
if you're okay with that, stop working out, and eat more carbs and sugars (bread, sweets, etc)
